At Resolve Health Naturopathy, we strive to provide the best care and service to our patients. In order to do this, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Notice Requirement: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to other patients who may need it.

  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost ($60 for initial consults and $35 for returns), which will be billed to your account.

  3. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, a no-show fee of $60 will be charged to your account.

  4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have a valid reason for a late cancellation or no-show, please contact our office, and we will review your situation.

  5. Payment of Fees: Any cancellation fees will be billed directly to your account and must be paid prior to your next appointment.

  6. Acknowledgment: By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
