Your initial consultation is a comprehensive appointment designed to understand you as a whole person: your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, diet, stress levels and health goals. This thorough foundation allows us to create a personalised, evidence-informed treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs.

Follow-up consultations are essential to:

Within 48 hours of each appointment, you will receive a personalised treatment plan outlining your recommended steps, along with supportive resources and clear instructions for any prescribed nutritional or herbal supplements.
