Fatigue & Low Energy
Constantly feeling tired, struggling with low energy or waking up exhausted despite sleeping?
At Resolve Health Naturopathy, we provide personalised support for persistent fatigue, low energy and related health concerns. We look beyond individual symptoms to investigate potential nutritional, metabolic, hormonal, immune and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to how you feel.
Whether you’re experiencing ongoing exhaustion, struggling with poor concentration or continuing to feel fatigued despite previous investigations, our aim is to help you better understand your health and develop an individualised treatment plan.
Clients commonly come to see me for energy and fatigue issues. They’ve seen the GP’s, had their bloods tested; Iron, thyroid, electrolytes, sleep studies. All come back fine, with no explanation as to why they are feeling the way they are.

How We Differ
Feeling fatigued doesn’t always mean you need more sleep, more rest or another supplement.
Fatigue can arise from many different physiological processes, and two people experiencing similar levels of exhaustion may have very different underlying contributors.
We investigate how nutritional status, energy metabolism, sleep quality, stress regulation, gastrointestinal function and immune activity may be influencing your energy levels.
We also recognise that fatigue isn’t always caused by reduced energy production. Changes in nervous system signalling, inflammation and sleep regulation can influence how fatigued you feel, even when basic blood tests appear normal.
By considering these interconnected factors, we aim to identify potential contributors rather than relying on a single explanation or treatment approach.
